Payment terms
An initial, non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost will be secured at the time of booking confirmation. The balance will be collected 30 days before you pick up the motorhome. In the event that at the time of your booking there is less than 30 days prior to pick up date we ask that the total price of your rental period is paid at the time of booking.
The following credit cards are accepted: Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your booking the initial deposit is not refundable. In addition to this, the following fees may apply.
If you cancel between 999 and 31 days before pick up you will be charged 100 euros of the cost of rental.
If you cancel 30 days or less before pick up you will be charged 100% of the cost of rental.
General Terms
Vehicle must be returned at or before the expiry of the term of rental and should be returned in the same condition as when rented, normal wear and tear expected.
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
Security deposit
We require a security deposit of 500 euros from you before you can collect the motorhome. A credit card or cash payment is required for the security deposit.
Traffic fines
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any traffic infringements, such as speeding or parking fines or toll evasion, incurred during the rental period. As a result we may charge you a fee to administer these fines.
Age rules
The minimum driver age is 26 years old.
Mileage policy
Rates include limited mileage of 200klm per day
24 hour roadside assistance
The vehicle is covered by 24 hour roadside assistance.
Driver licence rules
The license must have been held for a minimum of 4 years free from penalties in the last two years. For verification we require prior to collection of your vehicle copies of your driving licence, passport, and a utility bill.
Additional drivers
All additional drivers must meet the same licence requirements as the main driver. There is no charge for each additional driver.
Amendments to bookings
Amendments to your confirmed booking, such as a change of drop off date, an upgrade to the vehicle type or an extension to the rental period, are subject to vehicle availability and may result in a change of rate.
Service outside normal business hours
Out of hours pick-ups and drop offs are allowed on an individual basis and require prior arrangement.
Travel Restrictions
At all times you must adhere to all current COVID restrictions in place during your period of rental.
Should you wish to travel out of Spain to another country, prior permission must be requested and is limited to certain countries.
Any attempt to drive into or through restricted countries will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, loss of insurance coverage, and loss of theft protection. The vehicle will be confiscated by the border police and you will be held responsible for all expenses incurred.
Included in rental rate
limited mileage for rentals is 200klm per day. Costs for one extra km € 0,25
'Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido' (IVA)
Comprehensive coverage with a deductible of 500 € per loss.
Third-party liability insurance.

Air conditioning in driver's cabin.

Return of the vehicle
Outside cleaning in acceptable condition, otherwise a fee of 75€ is charged
Inside cleaning in acceptable condition, otherwise a fee of 75€ is charged
Toilet cassette and waste tank emptied, otherwise, a fee of 50€ for each is charged
Vehicle returned fully fuelled, otherwise, a fee of 1.25 € per litre Diesel is charged.
Calculation of the rental rates
The basis for the calculation are the rates valid for the respective season. Check-in and check-out are counted as a single day unless a 24 hour period is exceeded.
Pick Up & Drop Off
No refund for unused days
If the client can't show a valid credit card, passport or ID and a valid driver's license the vehicle is deemed to be not collected
Terms of payment
A non-refundable booking deposit will be taken at the time of booking confirmation to secure your booking. This amount will be detailed in your breakdown of pricing.
The remainder of the payment will be collected 30 days prior to your rental commencement. Visa and MasterCard only can be used for these two payments
Pets

Accidents
Please refer to the information on board, the accident procedure. Ensure that the damage is recorded and documented appropriately and that the details of the incident and other parties involved are obtained at the scene. Please notify the necessary services immediately, Insurance, police, emergency services etc.
Destination
The motorhome may be used for travelling within Europe
Trips outside of this area have to be agreed prior to collection of the vehicle.
