Your vacation starts here, today’s the day you pick up your Motorhome, let the Road Trip commence!


When it’s time to start your holidays, you will be eager to pick up your motorhome and start your travels. We make the pick-up of your vehicle as quick as possible and ensure that we include important and informative information. If you have more time… we are happy to accommodate any questions you may have before you get on your way!

Before you set off…

It’s the day of your pick up and by now your arrival time has already been confirmed. If you live locally you may want to collect the vehicle and then bring it home to pack. If you do not have that luxury we have plenty of safe parking here. Just transfer your luggage and leave your vehicle here for the duration of your vacation at no added cost.
Remember… please bring with you a copy of a utility bill, drivers licence and identification for all named drivers. If you haven’t already paid the security deposit by card please bring the sufficient cash payment.

Getting to us…

Should you have any trouble finding us please do not hesitate to contact us so we are aware you will be running slightly late and to help you find us more easily.

Handing over the keys….

To ensure we cover all the information and paperwork to make your vacation as hassle-free as possible we envisage this will take between 25 to 45 minutes. If this is not your first time and you are familiar with Motorhomes then this process will be a lot quicker!
If it is your first time, don’t worry, we understand it’s a lot to take in so that’s why we are on hand 24/7 to answer any questions you might have. Also don’t forget to check out our FAQ’s, they are really informative and will help to make motorhome daily maintenance simple!

It’s time to return your Motorhome and we are sure with lots of great memories of a truly unique vacation!

Before returning the vehicle to us…

Please ensure that the vehicle is nice and clean externally and internally, as it was when you picked it up. Internally this includes the contents of the Kitchen pack cleaned and stored away, the wastewater and toilet cassette empty and the floor space is swept and clean. Should you require further information on what is required please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Although we have already arranged your drop off time, in the event of traffic etc. we ask that you call us 30 minutes before expected arrival time.

Handing back the keys…

We know that you will want to get home as soon as possible so we will not delay you any longer than necessary. A quick check of the vehicle externally and internally is required and your deposit will be refunded providing it is returned in the condition specified in our terms and conditions.

It is in very rare cases that a deposit has not been returned. Should you prefer to remove the worry and time of extra cleaning prior to dropping off the vehicle a cleaning package can be purchased at the time of booking.
